Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cr444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on cr444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by cr444, including but not limited to live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus offerings. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on cr444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cr444 does not permit players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and current personal information. Registration using false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of cr444 or any of its affiliated entities or service providers.
• You must not have had a cr444 account previously suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms, unless cr444 has expressly reinstated your account in writing.

cr444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. If cr444 determines that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account may be suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated by ineligible players may be voided.

Account Registration

To access the full range of cr444's services, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If cr444 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. cr444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• You must notify cr444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of or access to your account.
• Account sharing — permitting any other person to access, operate or use your cr444 account — is strictly prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• cr444 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Players are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly by contacting cr444 support to avoid disruption to deposits, withdrawals, and OTP-based authentication.

Deposits and Withdrawals

cr444 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile wallets and international card options. All financial transactions on cr444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though cr444 may apply transaction monitoring thresholds as required by its risk management procedures.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your account instantly in normal operating conditions. cr444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own system issues.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. cr444 reserves the right to extend processing times for security review, KYC compliance, or unusual transaction patterns.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. cr444 may require this for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• cr444 does not charge fees on mobile wallet transactions. Fees imposed by the payment provider on their end are outside cr444's control and may apply independently.
• cr444 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Funds held in your cr444 account are not interest-bearing. cr444 is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in any regulated financial sense.

Bonuses and Promotions

cr444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all cr444 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies a different rollover.
• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus at any time. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.
• cr444 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and associated winnings derived from that bonus — where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated wagering strategies are suspected or confirmed.
• Seasonal promotions, including those tied to Eid, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events, are governed by the specific terms published with each promotion. These terms take precedence over these general bonus rules in case of any conflict.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully completed. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn directly.

cr444 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are actively completing its wagering requirements will not be affected by a subsequent withdrawal of that offer.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cr444. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial means to gain an advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to automated betting, card-counting software, or RNG prediction tools.
• Opening, operating, or using multiple cr444 accounts, or assisting any third party to do so, regardless of purpose.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms through coordinated play.
• Using cr444 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. cr444 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct towards cr444 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any channel including live chat and email.

cr444 takes a zero-tolerance approach to prohibited conduct. Account suspensions arising from prohibited conduct are not subject to the standard appeals process and cr444 retains sole discretion in determining the outcome of any investigation.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on cr444 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. cr444 distributes games from certified third-party providers whose RNG systems are independently audited. cr444 does not modify game mechanics, payout structures, or RTP values — these are set by the respective game provider and are consistent with the provider's published specifications.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or game interruption, cr444 will follow its standard technical fault procedure, which may include voiding affected rounds and returning wagers. cr444's decision on technical fault outcomes is final. Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC within required timeframes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose, pending investigation by cr444 or relevant authorities.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or to self-exclude. Accounts closed under self-exclusion will not be reopened during the agreed exclusion period.
• Where cr444 determines that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform's integrity, security, or compliance obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cr444 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cr444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any cr444 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content distributed on cr444 is the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider. Player use of game content is subject to the applicable provider's end-user terms in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if cr444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. cr444's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

cr444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside cr444's control (including but not limited to network outages, power failures, or force majeure events) may affect platform availability. cr444 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance where practicable.

Privacy

cr444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to cr444's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the Privacy Policy page on this site.

Amendments to These Terms

cr444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — cr444 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of cr444 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
